  • GUARANTEE
    Only Goldmark Oakham creations purchased from a Goldmark Oakham Boutique, the Goldmark Oakham e-Boutique or Client Relation Center, or an authorized Goldmark Oakham retailer receive the full benefits of Goldmark Oakham’s International Guarantee. In order to benefit from this, we request that you present the Warranty Card, which can be found in the delivery package that contains your Goldmark Oakham creation. This Warranty Card should be filled out, dated, stamped and signed by a Goldmark Oakham Boutique, by the Goldmark Oakham e-Boutique distribution center or by an authorized Goldmark Oakham dealer.
  • DELIVERY
    Standard Delivery If you choose Standard Delivery, your Goldmark Oakahm creation should arrive within seven days from the date of your order. Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalization, such as engraving or bracelet adjustment. Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders. Express Delivery If you choose Express Delivery, your Goldmark Oakahm creation should arrive within two business days from the date of your order. This service is provided on request, subject to the availability of the Goldmark Oakahm creation ordered. For orders under $500 excluding tax, the Express Delivery fee is $35. Complimentary Express Delivery is offered for orders over $500 tax excluded. Overnight Delivery If you require Overnight Delivery, please contact Goldmark Oakahm Ambassador at 1-800-CARTIER and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • HOW MAY I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY E-BOUTIQUE PURCHASE?
    You will receive a delivery slip in your package with no prices listed. In addition, you will recieve a receipt for your e-Boutique purchase, unless you request otherwise from our Client Relation Center. It will be delivered separately from the package to your billing address.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    For standard delivery, your creation should be delivered within seven business days (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). For an express delivery, your creation should be delivered within three business days (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Delivery may take longer if you have requested engraving or bracelet adjustment. For further information, please check our conditions of sales. If you require a faster method of delivery, please contact one of Goldmark Oakham Managers who will do their best to accommodate your request.
  • WILL A  GOLDMARK OAKHAM SHOPPING BAG COME WITH MY PURCHASE?
    A Goldmark Oakhm shopping bag is included with each order.
  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?
    All Goldmark Oakham creations purchased through the e-Boutique are delivered in one of Goldmark Oakham’s traditional blue boxes. All creations are then carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a specially protected delivery package.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    The Goldmark Oakham e-Boutique accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners, and JCB. The Goldmark Oakham Boutique accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners, and JCB), cheque and US Dollar cash.
  • Can I Buy a Setting Without Buying a Diamond?
    We do not sell or create settings unless the customer is also purchasing a center stone from Goldmark Oakham. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted for a center gem with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center gem from Goldmark Oakham.
  • Can I Upgrade My Ethical Diamond from Goldmark Oakahm?
    Goldmark Oakham is proud to offer free lifetime diamond upgrade with 110% credit. View our diamond upgrade policy.
  • Is My Ethical Diamond Laser Inscribed?
    Goldmark Oakham Ehtical Diamond are laser inscribed on the girdle with an identification number and/or a unique symbol. Laser inscriptions provide peace of mind when making a diamond purchase since they are an easy way to identify a diamond.
  • I Like a Piece of Jewelry on Your Site, But Would You Make a Small Change For Me?"
    Many of our pieces are made to order, which makes us able to customize our standard items to fit your personal preferences. For example, we can modify the center gem shape, the finish, the precious metal, and the gems that we set. Please note that sterling silver pieces cannot be modified. Contact us to discuss all of your modification options.
  • Can You Help Me Design a Custom Piece of Jewelry?
    Goldmark Oakham specializes in full custom design, and can create the jewelry piece you desire. For more details, please contact us.
  • Can You Send Me Additional Images of the Jewelry?
    Yes. We can send you additional images if you are interested in seeing our Jewelry from a different angle, or if would like to see multiple rings together. Please contact us.
  • Do You Offer Alternative Gemstones Such As Tourmaline, Aquamarine, Etc.?"
    We offer a wide variety of gemstones, including aquamarines, morganites, amethysts, moissanites, and more. If you do not see the gemstone you are interested in, please contact us for assistance.
  • Do You Offer Alternative Metal Options Such As Rose Gold?
    Yes. Goldmark Oakham is proud to offer platinum, 18K white gold, 14k rose gold, and 18k yellow gold as a standard option for most styles. We also offer 14k white gold and 14k yellow gold for a select number of styles. Custom metal choices, such as black rhodium, 18k white gold alloyed with palladium, and 18k white gold with no rhodium are all options for many of our ring styles.
